The updates have now been deployed and the service has been restored.

If you encounter duplicate chats, this may be due to some conversation IDs having changed on Instagram's side. In this case, the simplest solution is to delete the account and reconnect it, which will rebuild the chat mapping with the latest identifiers.

We are continuing to work on adapting to the Instagram changes. The modifications introduced on their side are fairly significant and require deeper adjustments than initially expected.

Instagram has made a change on its end that is affecting the startup of Realtime. We have identified the issue, and a fix is currently being developed.
