During this window, the API and connected accounts hosted on API-4 will be unavailable. No data will be lost: all data is transferred as-is to the new infrastructure.

What does not change: the api4.unipile.com address, your ports, your access keys, your connected accounts. No action is required on your side to keep calling the API.

Check this if you filter by IP: IP address 51.159.14.115 is replaced by 51.159.110.144. If you allowlisted 51.159.14.115 (webhook reception, firewall), please add 51.159.110.144. Other outbound IP addresses remain unchanged.

Requests sent during the maintenance will fail. They can be retried once the service is restored. We will update this page when the operation is complete.
