A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We moved the affected infrastructure component to a new setup. Since real-time synchronization has been working normally for all accounts: no more errors, and events are delivered as expected.

We will keep monitoring the platform closely .

We are experiencing degraded performance affecting real-time synchronization for part of our accounts on the v2 beta

Impact : 
- Some accounts may see delayed or missing real-time events (new messages, sync updates, webhooks).
- API requests relying on real-time data may be slower or time out for affected accounts.
- Other accounts are operating normally.

Cause
The issue has been identified in an infrastructure component managed by one of our cloud providers. No change was made on our side. We are working with the provider to restore normal operation.
